Columbus Road, which starts in Ohio City and crosses the flats is one interesting byway. Walk it and see the cat lady's house, where lots of little felines will greet you, a lift bridge, the Hart Crane Memorial Park at Columbus and Merwin, featuring his poetry set into steel sculptures, the Cuyahoga River, many, many bridges, leading finally to downtown. It's an urban adventure! You should do it! :)
