DESCRIPTION OF THIS RUN The route takes runners out of Clerihan on the R688 to Cashel. Continue uphill and out of the village for 1.5km. Take the left turn at the cross and continue to Darcy’s Cross at 2km marker. From here stay on the left hand fork and continue down to Lavally crossroads at 3km. Continue straight through the cross roads heading down to Lavally Lower for 2km. At the 5km T Junction, turn left and continue uphill for 2km to the New Chapel T Junction. Turn left at 7km marker and and head back into the village of Clerihan for the last 3km. Please remember to wear a high visibility vest and face traffic when running.
