En bøte med Follos godbiter. Rutsj avgårde på Oppegårds flate, men svingete gamle mossevei, ro ned litt ved tusenfryd og lukt den rusende blanding sjø og olje ved Nesset i Ås. Nyt grønne enger og gule kornåkere i Frogn og seil gjennom deilige skoger i Vestby. Ikke ta navnet bokstavelig for Hølen er langt fra et høl- ta gjerne en pause her på den lokale kaféen. Fres videre oppover på flotte veier gjennom Gaarder og Kroer med bare ett (betydelig) minus: de er smale som faen. Slit deg oppover mot Kråkrstad og nyt følelsen av at du til tider eier veien. For å krysse E18 anbefales en litt bortgjemt undergrunn. Sykle nå oppover mot Ski, men for all del, fryd deg over at det ikke er den aktiviteten du driver med (sykling er da så mye morsommere!). Når Løkenveien møter Riksvei 154 kan du følge rutealternativet mitt, eller- for å få litt mer landevei under dekka- ta til høyre og sykle ut mot Enebakk. I så tilfelle anbefales å ta til venstre mot Siggerud etter ca. 4-5 km og følge den Mario Kart aktige veien mot Klemetsrud. God Tur, ha det gøy og ikke glem at motgående biler også er farlige!
