Mostly flat very pretty and popular run. follows the water right around for great views. two gentle hills otherwise flat. used to be 7km, now 6.8or9 with new bridge. lots of people. mostly seperate cycle and running/walking pathways on route. please stick to the sides to let faster runners past!
