The one thing I can enjoy during this coronavirus outbreak is a solo walk. New dedicated paths plus a willingness to take city streets becomes a self-guided tour of Cleveland's industrial heritage.

Cleveland's Rockefeller Park is home to the Cultural Gardens, built and maintained by Cleveland's many ethnic groups. There are scenic bridges, and Doan Brook winds through it. Close to Cleveland's cultural hub, University Circle.

A rise of 32 feet over a distance of 100 to 120 feet, depending on how I plug in those two points. Either way, it is an 8 to 10% grade, no wonder I walk it up!

This is the second leg of my trip home from Tri-C - I walk the bike up that steep stretch of Mt Overllok btw Baldwin and Mapleside.

Major work on rail overpass necessitates detour
